we have same instument like sansei but little bigger. wehn i was in boarding we have to learn how t play that since its part of our cultrul. same like okinawa, mostly who go to school has to learn how to play or its up to them to learn. so, yep thats y!
thats why i always play kizuna with it.

well if gamelan u play em by hitting the instruments (gently thou hehehe) its include orchestra cuz there are many instruments played at once

while for angklung u play it by shaking the bamboo tube (each tube makes different note )

ah yah u gonna enjoy it so much hehehe but they are not rhythmical instruments, most of em are melodic
